わたしに足りない物は
最近、仕事が上手くいかない・・
自分のやる気が無いのか・・
現場のやる気が無いのか・・
以前から根付いた古い習慣を払拭する事は難しい
自分の熱意が足りないのかな？
皆、ぬるま湯に使ってなおかつわがままを言っている
好きなように休み、好きなときに帰る。
職場は僕の等身大・・鏡そのもの・・
ホントはこんなはずじゃないんだけどな・・
だらしない・中途半端な性格が現場に映っているのだろうか？
感情的になると人は離れていくし・・
情を持ってやさしく接していても現状からは脱却できない。
若い人たちにやる気を持ってもらいたい
でも、やる気が湧く魅力的な職場作りはされて無いよな・・
もし、自分が現場にいたら毎日退屈だろう・・
現状の仕事の中で達成感をもたせるには何が必要なんだろう？
毎日考えているけど・・何も思いつかない・・
この先どうすりゃいいんだろう？
職場を一新するような力は俺には無いんだろうな・・
でも、まだ負けてません。
絶対、俺の後釜に同じ思いはさせない。

When writing your blog title, do you believe it's most beneficial to write it for Search engine optimisation or for your viewers? This is something I've been struggling with because I want good rankings but at the same time I want the best quality for my visitors.
